Thai green curry without a food processor

I have a bundle of coriander I need to use tonight (well, tonight) and lots of vegetables that I'd like to use up. I really wanted to make Thai green curry but I just remembered that my mixer isn't working, so I've got no blender or food processor or anything similar. Not even a mortar and pestle. Is there any way to make Thai green curry without that?

Or does anyone have any other recipe that uses lots of coriander?

Coriander will freeze, so I'd chop it roughly and stick it in bags in the freezer!

You don't even need to chop it - I just put the whole bunch in a plastic bag in the freezer, and cut from it with scissors as needed. Second best way to keep coriander ready for use.

If you have pre-smashed lemongrass in a jar, then you can probably make a creditable green curry sauce without a blender. Without that you're a bit stuffed. I cheat and always have a tub of Mae Ploy green curry paste in the fridge, along with a red and a massaman. The green has a kick like a mule though, so you have to be a little careful :)
