Gym earphones

Good Evening to any gym goers out there!

I was wondering what headphones or EarPods you use and would recommend?

DH would like some for Christmas and I haven't got a clue!

Any advice much appreciated.

In ear or over ear? What sort of phone does he use?

I use Galaxy Buds Live when running and they never fall out, but there are much newer models now.

@useitorlose Thanks for replying - he uses an iPhone. I'm not really sure he knows what he wants, just something that stays in well.

It's a bit of a minefield, I think he's going to have to give me some idea of what type he wants.

He needs to really as equipment is quite personal. I will on only wear certain branded socks and sports bra as l know they suit and won't cause issues. Same with the type of electrolytes l drink - l wouldn't try others as l know these don't cause me issues
