Ex going to court

My ex is going to court in January he says because she been caught speeding 6 times in last few years, I have serious concerns that it may be due to drink driving, if so it will be he's third time.

How can I find out when he attends court and what the charge is?

If he is Drink Driving then that raises a whole series of other issues around children

On the day of the heating they list it up. It might be in the local paper court report.

Yes I only want to for my children, sakes there have been on going concern regarding him and drinking so I want to check what he's really going to court for, obviously speeding isn't great either 😳

You could send someone to sit in on the court session.

In the first instance ask the Police, they can say No but they might be helpful especially as there is a safeguarding issue

Check all your courts' lists daily. All the names are listed.

In my area it doesn't say times and you have to go into the court and ask which court room and then you sit and wait.

Your ex will be there with all the others and will see you though.

Unless your ex has been remanded in custody as they get held behind bars in the court room and brought out when it's time via a separate entrance.
