Hi, i've got pre settled status under EU cause i joined my mother here in 2021. I was still under 21yo. now im over 21 and soon will need to apply for settled status. but on the internet says i would need to provide evidence of my relationship to my mum, but im not dependant on her no more, i've got my own place, and i got a baby with my british partner.
will that affect my application? or will i still be granted settled status?
cause in about a month or 2 she will be able to get her settled status, but as i said im over 21 i don't know if i qualify at the same time as im not dependant on her. anyone with any advice that could of been through the same?
