A month ago an incident happened where I was spoken to really badly by my bosses and I'm still not over it. One hadn't followed protocol and blamed it all on me, and the other has defended them. They covered their backs and threw me under the bus. The weird thing is, they genuinely seem to think they haven't done anything wrong and we've had these chats about how to "move on and forward". My union is involved and is still investigating to see if I have a case...
It's just really hard going in. I feel so upset and angry about how it's all been handled. They think I just need to forget about it and move on. I'd love to just leave, but for various reasons I'd rather not. I hate being around these two staff members. It's so awkward and uncomfortable.
Anyone else been in this situation? How do you find the strength to keep going in?
