I purchased some hoodies from Scuffers. They are rubbish so I have requested to return them. They are a European company based in Spain. When I went through the return process it stated they would need to be sent to specific address. I didn't write it down as assumed that it would be on a return note or in the confirmation email. However, it is nowhere - not in their return policy, there is no return note generated, not in the email confirming the return. When I click the return instructions it says "send your return to this address" but doesn't state the address. I have emailed their customer services 5 times now. Each time I get a generic response which still does not give the information I need.
I am now getting emails saying that as I haven't returned the items I will be charged again (was refunded at the start). However, I can't return them as I have nowhere to return them to. I paid via PayPal. Is there any way to block this payment before they take it again?
