What to buy elderly couple that don't leave the house

My partner and I have lovely neighbours that have become house bound through illness, we always get them a little gift at Christmas in the form of maybe a Gift voucher for a coffee shop type thing but now they are unable to leave the house so I'm stuck for ideas. We usually only spend about £20

What could we get them this year?

Nice biscuits, tea bags

Afternoon tea/cream tea through the post? I have seen a few of these advertised (scones, cream etc…).

A heated blanket? I think Lidl or Aldi have them at the moment.

Some nice hot chocolate with some new mugs?

I’d make up a nice hamper for them with jams and tea and so on

I’d bring them a little hamper of teabags, biscuits, scones, jam. That kind of thing

That gingerbread is quite bougie! They don't just do gingerbread either!

How many options are there for presents anyway? They're all clichés.

That's really thoughtful OP. My ILs are similar, I got a nice diffuser and a blanket and a pair of fingerless gloves for MIL as she is really immobile and gets cold, poor thing. I like the hamper idea too.
