Amazon delivery Help

My account shows around 10 parcels have been delivered today and 'handed to resident'

I was out for a few hours earlier, there's no card left or nothing lying around when I come back.

I'm so worried as these are Christmas gifts for my kids.

The only thing I can seem to do is rate the delivery and let them know that was that it wasn't delivered/handed to resident.

Has anyone experienced anything like this with Amazon deliveries before?

I would phone customer services and tell them that they have presumably delivered to the wrong address.
Have you checked with neighbours?

Go onto the live chat and log out as not received, they'll tell you to wait 48hrs to see if it turns up. Then if it doesn't they'll fix it.

This has happened to me so many times with Amazon, I always get either a refund or redelivery.

Have they left them anywhere on your property? Blue bin, shed etc

You have to wait 48 hours before Amazon will do anything - this is because sometimes the driver will mark the parcels as delivered before they are delivered or sometimes they deliver to the wrong property and they allow the person at that address time to deliver to you. Amazon will expect to you to go and knock on neighbours doors to see if they have your parcels and also to do a thorough search of the outside of your property incase they have been left in the bin, behind a bush etc.

If your parcels haven't turned up after 48 hours, open up the order and there's an option somewhere that says "item missing/not delivered" something like that and Amazon will offer a solution.

Last weekend Amazon marked my parcel as delivered and it wasn't, I was at home all day waiting for it. I searched my garden and no sign. My neighbour came round with it the next day, it had been left behind her bins. Luckily it didn't rain that night.

I found them in my grey bin when I was putting some rubbish out this morning so all sorted!

That has happend to me the delivery driver saying he has handed to someone on our street there no proof that he has it was one my son's Xmas present
