Sweet things your DC have done

Dc10 was up ill through the night, so at about 4am I ended up going to bed in the spare room so as not to disturb DH who is working today.
Spare room is generally freezing as the radiator is turned off in there, unless it is in use. After about 5 minutes, poorly DC appeared with a spare blanket from his room because he was worried I might be cold 🧡 bless his little cotton socks.

What sweet things have your DC done, that give you the warm and fuzzies?

What a lovely thing to do, especially as your DC was feeling sick, to think of you being cold and to get up and offer you another blanket, that must have warmed your heart as well as the rest of you :)

My 3, I have to say, have always been thoughtful in many ways.

When they were young, I always thought DH and I were lucky, but I think it has more to do with how parents treat and therefore teach their kids by the example of always being kind and thoughtful towards them, to their friends, and to all people.
You were thoughtful to go in the very cold spare room so that your DH wouldn't be disturbed, that alone is an example of thinking of someone else before yourself.

I picked my four year old up in a new coat which he noticed. I said I wasn't sure about it and he immediately said "well you should look at yourself in the mirror when we get home because you look great!". I always big my kids up and I absolutely love that he is now starting to do it back.
