Beds for sleepovers

Hi everyone, looking for some ideas! We don’t have a spare room and regularly have my nieces to stay over and they’re not liking the blow up beds (and for various reasons can’t offer them ours).

I was thinking about the foam fold out ‘z’ beds that I had as a child but I can’t find many examples online.

Do you know where to get decent ones that will last a few years?

Search z beds on amazon. Several fold out options. They're not that cheap.

Woukd a sofa bed be an option if they sleep in the living room?
