If you had to choose one to receive, which one please?

Amazon

Wanttobeonholiday · 14/12/2024 07:55

John Lewis

sanityisamyth · 14/12/2024 08:05

Amazon.

CharliesAngles · 14/12/2024 10:11

Thank you.

Going against the grain here, I wouldn't like Amazon. I'd rather have one of those ones that you can spend in a few different high street shops so I could have a day out and treat myself to something in the January sales.

MaggieFS · 14/12/2024 10:29

John Lewis/Waitrose

Chocolately · 14/12/2024 10:41

John Lewis. Or M&S (for food or knickers, that's about all).

Hummusanddipdip · 14/12/2024 10:46

I like the visa and all 4 one giftcards as they give more choice

Berniebear2507 · 14/12/2024 10:56

M&S so I can buy some nice clothes or fancy food.
Or a dining out card to go for a meal.
Or John Lewis but there isn't one near me so could only buy online.

Bathroombedroomlounge · 14/12/2024 10:58

Amazon or Tesco (I'm on a low income so my supermarket shop paid for would be great).

AtmosAtmos · 14/12/2024 10:59

Amazon or M&S

Raera · 14/12/2024 11:22

Garden gift voucher

IndustrialActionAhoy · 14/12/2024 11:25

Not a One4All gift card as these are a nightmare (as many threads on here show).

Amazon / John Lewis would be fine.

Would rather just have £.

hamsandyams · 14/12/2024 11:28

If at least £50, John Lewis so I could treat myself to something nice. Anything less, Amazon

Floralnomad · 14/12/2024 11:28

M&S probably as that’s where I do my food shop or NT as I use it in the coffee shop .

seaweedhead · 14/12/2024 11:31

Not One4All. They start to deduct an "admin fee" if you don't spend them quickly.

Visun · 14/12/2024 11:33

I would like a voucher for a local beauty salon or a nice local restaurant. I rarely treat myself to these things due to finances

mirrormirror12 · 14/12/2024 11:37

M and S. Def don't get one of those generic ones that covers lots of different retailers. They're a bloody nightmare, having to set up an account, then convert into vouchers for where you want them to go etc etc.

CharliesAngles · 14/12/2024 11:42

Thank you all.

Sorry yes, forgot to say the value will be £50.

Butterflyfern · 14/12/2024 11:44

John Lewis.

Always feels a bit more treat-like than Amazon etc, but they still stock a wide range of things and delivery is easy

workstealssleep · 14/12/2024 11:45

Next or Boots

shellyleppard · 14/12/2024 11:47

Waterstones ❤️

BlackChunkyBoots · 14/12/2024 11:48

John Lewis/Waitrose or M&S.

I deliberately avoid Amazon for many reasons.

reluctantbrit · 14/12/2024 12:01

Waterstones
John Lewis
Amazon

I once got the Love2Shop vouchers - a nightmare to get them used, Waterstones was supposed to be accepting them but couldn't get the value shown on their till, they told me it's a common issue.
I managed to convert them to Amazon e-cards but lost a couple of pounds thanks to admin charges.

CoastalCalm · 14/12/2024 12:20

M&S is likely just use it on food
John Lewis I’d be more likely to use for a present
