Book recommendations for 3-4 year olds

Looking to add some new books to the collection for DD (3.5) for Christmas.

We have all the Julia Donaldsons, and she's recently started liking the Little Princess series as well as the classics like we are going on a bear hunt, tiger who came to tea etc. She also loves the Paddington books.

I'd quite like to start reading her some longer stories as she has good comprehension, but ideally there would still be colourful pictures!

Can anyone recommend what their 3-4 year olds love please?

also books about everyday life - the alfie books / dogger etc.

my 3.5yr old loves the Alfie books. His favourite book at the moment is fantastic mr fox - DH reads him a chapter per night although he often asks to re-read a bit they’ve already read which is obviously fine.

Quentin Blake ones are good too - and some of them are also available to watch on bbc iplayer. We’ve particularly like mrs armitage on wheels, cockatoo, mr magnolia, and bears winter house.
