I managed to phone and ask how I do refund online.
By coincidence, another of my flights had changed time- by the airline.
This email came through a few days ago and I was really busy so just saw it today.
When I went into this booking to find ‘Manage Disruption’ and get to the refund bit, like I did with the last one, ‘Manage Disruption’ isn’t there.
If your flight time is changed by the airline, do you only get a few days to process a voucher or refund?
Again, this flight isn’t until next year.
