I was a fool, despite reading tons of reviews over the years about Oodie delivery times and communication, I went ahead and ordered one. It was ordered well over a month ago, the only communication from them was to say it had shipped and RM shows they are still expecting it.
Does anyone have any tricks for contacting them that actually works please, even if it's only to get my money back? Email just get automated replies, then no reply in the stated time frame. No messenger allowed or chat function. Arggghh!!!
