Should I ask GP about HRT?

I'm 50. Got the Mirena two years ago after having polyps removed, otherwise had no menstrual issues. I haven't had a period in a year, likely down to the Mirena. No hot flushes etc., but I'm having quite a bit of joint soreness and feel quite achey overall. Is this something HRT might help with or is this just common in my age group?

Yes please do. I am older than you and have zero aches.
