Am trying to get DS 4 pairs of the basic cargo trousers, men's.
Comes to £72 so over the 60 quid requirement

The code is SANTA

The item says its included in the offer

I've logged in

But it won't work.

It's the difference between £72 and £54

The code is only valid for 2 more hours

It's not brands.

It's 4 pairs of matalans own brand cargo trousers and they say they are included in the offer.

Perhaps try phoning them in the morning and emailing them the screenshot and they may be able to sort it out eg give you a bespoke code?

It's so frustrating!
I can't even wait till tomorrow and ask customer services as it ends tonight.

Perhaps in the morning they will honour it with a bespoke code for you! Once I had an issue with a returns fee and they gave me a special code that they generated over the phone.

Could you screenshot you attempt they might honour it? Matalan quite often appear to glitch their offers and resend .

Ah I was getting 20% off £40 so maybe that code is OK for that offer but not the 25% one
