Hi ladies, anyone got any at home workout recommendations? I enjoy cardio, could possibly afford to buy some small weights, resistance bands that type of thing. Anyone do regular home workouts and notice an improvement in overall physical health?

I used to do a HIIT Abba one by EMKFit that was fun. It's on YouTube.

The Body Project. Fun workouts (a British couple), lots of free ones on YouTube and their website, and you can subscribe to get more. Lots of low impact workouts too if you need those, or others on the videos doing modifications.

Growingananas, free on youtube. Does all the things you're asking for.

We have a family Apple plan that includes Fitness. On there I like Strength and HIIT. I like the workouts on Apple but they do all follow the same format and so feel very similar. I also like fitness blender and growing ananas on YouTube for HIIT if you don't want to spend money. I haven't used a band but I have a cheap set of weights from Amazon 1,2,3,4 and 5kg. I love HIIT workouts that incorporate the dumbbells, and have seen the biggest change in my body when I introduced the weights as opposed to just HIIT using body weight. I haven't tried Caroline Girvan but I hear she is the holy grail, and againis free on YouTube and I keep meaning to have a look at her channel too. If you fancy trying something different I also love yoga, and you only need a mat and my best friend YouTube. I love cardio and HIIT and dislike weights so resisted getting the dumbbells for ages however I have to admit they have upped my game and how toned I am. Good luck and my biggest tip is find something you enjoy or you won't stick to it xx

And yes I have noticed a massive difference. I have some fancy scales and my lean mass, muscle percentage, fat percentage, BP and cardiovascular age have all improved dramatically. I am 46 with a cardiovascular age of 40 I am not overweight (never have been), am very toned now too. I do 4 x 45m
Yoga sessions and 4 x 30 minute HIIT/strength sessions a week, but I enjoy it a lot.
