Does anyone make their own perfume?

Using essential oils? I have a few blends that I love to put in my oil burner for room fragrance but I'd love to try making a perfume or body spray. Does anyone ever try this?

I looked into this, you have to ensure you dilute the oil as essentials oils are not skin safe in their pure form. Lots of information online on how to do this.

Yeah, using essential oils, sweet almond oil, distilled water and witch hazel. Can't remember quantities off the top of my head. I'm wearing rose geranium and patchouli perfume right now.
