So I got a parcel with 7 items in it. When it got to me it had a whacking great hole in it and I immediately contacted boohoo. I have a video to show the parcels before I opened them. I contacted boohoo and citizens advice who said it was a breach of contract.
boohoo are taking the very tiny delivery photos which doesn’t even show the entire package as proof. They’ve not requested my photo or video at all?
they’re refusing to help and I don’t know what to do next.
