It all started with a very very mild cough on Monday evening (the type you get when eating popcorn). By yesterday around 10/11 I started to have some chest pain and some aches and pains but nothing major. Then I walked the dogs, and come back crying out of the pain . Complete loss of appetite, fever (40). Not coughing too much, but sometimes get out yellow phlegm. This morning I can't even move from the aches and pains and still have a fever.
