Trying to combine two summer duvets to make winter duvet but both have the same half of a clothes fastener?

I have two summer duvets which I combine to make a winter duvet for my son.
Both duvets have the same 'male' part of a clothes fastener.(Presumably they are not from the same matching pair but otherwise are fine so don't want to dump)
Can I get a fastener with two 'female' parts that will allow me to combine the duvets?

You probably cant just get the female parr but snap fasteners are easy to come by. this sort of thing

You can get snap tape, it'll be easier just to get a length online and sew some new tape on.
