ASOS return help

I've bought gloves from ASOS - North Face ones and it looks from the packaging that they've come from North Face, but no delivery note, no confirmation note or anything inside.

I've ordered women's instead of men's so need to return them but I have no way of doing so. ASOS hasn't got the usual return hyperlink because they've not come from them! I've tried contacting them on IG but they're uncontactable as usual.

Help! These things aren't cheap and I don't know what to do.

Go on the website, log in, go to past orders you’ll be able to click you want to return them. For me I select the option to return via an evri drop off point, asos send me a qr code. I go to the drop off point in a shop, scan my code and it prints me a label.

Yep, just go into your profile and in orders there will be an option to request a return. You can say why and pick the easiest way to return for you. I usually do at my local post office where they scan the QR code generated and sent to me by ASOS when I request the return and they print the label.

Thanks both but that's the problem - there is no link/return on the order because it hasn't come from ASOS but from North Face.

According to this page on the ASOS website: https://www.asos.com/customer-care/returns-refunds/how-do-i-return-items-that-were-shipped-by-an-asos-brand-partner/ "If you’d like to return an item from one of our other Brand Partners, please get in contact with our Customer Care team to get a new returns label." So, it seems like you need to persist with contacting ASOS Customer Care.
