I would do as requested, and leave.

If my brother has been seriously ill, is unable to physical do anything for himself, is frustrated / stressed and snapped - I'd probably leave for a bit but forgive.

If he's just an idiot in for something silly and was just being demanding, I'd leave and not bother popping back to visit!

If your normally mild mannered brother, who is currently a patient in hospital is frustrated and in pain, asked for you a drink and you said in a minute I’m just catching up on TikTok, then YABU. I’d let it go and understand he’s talking from a place of pain.

If your brother, who has form for being a bit of a prick, told you to fuck off as you were both visiting a sick parent because you couldn’t go move their car for them, then YANBU. I’d probably want to tell him to fuck off back but for the sake of the sick parent I’d let it go until the hospital stay was over and then, depending on previous interactions with him, either have a chat or go NC.

Well, neither of my brothers would ever tell me to fuck off.
