Blower heater style radiators

I have found a house that's perfect location and price . The letting agent said its blower type heaters. Not storage heaters. I've never heard of them.
Are they good ? Energy efficient?

Any electric heating is extortionately expensive to run.

I thought that.
My current gas bill is bad enough. With just 4 hours a day usage.

Did they mean air ducted?

If so then it works well but its very old.

Is it a 1970's house??

The man just said blower style radiators.
Yes it's probably around 70s. 2 bed apartment

Air ducted is under the floor with little grills. It may not be that.

Sounds strange, I've heard of electric blower heaters but they're usually independently controlled so you have to turn each one on and off individually. Electric is the least efficient method of heating. Gas is much better. The PP mentioned air ducted which is gas boiler but no water in the system.

Maybe I'm confused. I shall ask when I view.
