(I didn't move house for these 3. Bristol was historically a county in its own right but between 1974 and 1996 the county of Avon existed, which took in parts of Gloucestershire and Somerset too. When it disbanded Bristol became a county again).

I currently live in Bath and North East Somerset (known as BANES).

Locsl landlines have the Bristol dialling code and we have BS (Bristol) postcodes. For some medical appointments I have to go into Bristol and for others it's a trip into Bath

Counties is either 2 or 3 depending on whether we are talking physical locations or names. One changed name while I was living in it

I’ve lived in 6 countries (England, the US, Singapore, Japan, France and Australia), and 5 counties, and still have bases in 2 countries as well as 2 counties. But I need to simplify my life really…

Moved loads of times in my twenties but always in London.

Four or two depending on if you count the name changes or not

Three, but in three States in the US (New Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts). Plus here London and Isle of Wight. Also Paris.

Six for me. And multiple moves within those six counties.
Im 😂at how many on this thread are trying to make out they've lived in "one more" if you count the name change!
