Need present buying help for my 20 year old niece. She likes make up and skincare. What are the popular brands/products for this age?

I would get her a flatlay make up bag

My 22 yo wanted Laneige lip balm or Glossier candles/ perfume.

What's the budget? Dior make up stuff always is lovely, nice packaging and good product. Feels like a treat
