Will writing advice

Hubby and I are getting on a bit and want to get a will written. We have been given multiple recommendations for 2 specific companies but they seem to be will writers instead of solicitors.
We don't have kids, want our estate to go to each other and when we're both gone split 3 ways between family so it is not complicated.

Who did you use? Thank you!

Will writers can be great, or can be terrible. Solicitors can be too!

If you have multiple recommendations for the same person, I would go with them.

Thanks. Posted on the local facebook group and there were over 40 responses recommending 2 will writers who are not solicitors. At least 10 recommendations for each one.
