Posting for traffic - nephrostomy connector help needed!

My lovely DF is being passed from pillar to post and we need help!
Can anyone tell me the name of the connector circled in the photograph?
The GP can’t order it unless we tell him exactly what it is.
There is no urology clinic for a week at our local hospital, so I can’t check there.
District Nurses won’t support.

Is there a helpline for the manufacturer? Ds has a stoma and the equipment manufacturer are often very helpful in an emergency or with random questions like this.

After seeing your response, I’ve messaged Cook. Fingers crossed! We are desperate for replacements.

It looks like a Luer lock connector.

@Mygreyhair could you phone the urology ward at your hospital? They may be able to help, despite there being no clinic.

I went to hospital today and they were really helpful. Gave me some different samples to try and told me to ring tomorrow and let them know. They gave me all the details for the GP to sort a prescription too. Dad was delighted that one of them did the job.
