That go out today !!! If I cook one pack now and use it in a curry, does that mean I can eat it in a couple of days time ?

Once you've cooked it, you can keep it for 2-3 days, yes. Or you couold cook it and freeze it then defrost and eat within a day.

If that's ever happened to me, I've complained and got a refund.

You could freeze both?

Crunchymum · 06/12/2024 10:56

As long as its cooked today it will be fine for a few days in the fridge (as a curry or even if you just cook the fillets themselves and put them in fridge!)

You can also freeze one of the packs and use at a later date.

You can freeze them as well if you have room

When I saw the title, I thought you'd randomly been delivered them, not as part of your order lol
Where did you order from? I use tesco and it does state the minimum dates you should have on each item you order (eg 2-3 days,) If it falls outside this, you can contact them (with tesco you can whatsapp,) they are super helpful and will refund the item for you- you just send a photo of your packaging and you obviously still keep the chicken.
Enjoy your chicken!
