How beefy is your kitchen?

Relatively new kitchen. Hob beeps, microwave beeps cheerily, ovens beep...'I'm hot, I'm getting warmer, I've stopped!, then there's the dishwasher.....ffs.

I'd prefer cheery tunes. It's hard to know where to turn your attention.I must google silencing them all...again. I wouldn't mind a small chirrup. And the one thing that does get left open...the beer fridge. Doesn't beep.

The dishwasher does three beeps every minute for 15 minutes when it's finished. Clean dishes are not an emergency!

The hob, has a panic attack if you put something over its buttons, that gives me the rage when I'm putting shopping away and using it as extra work surface.

Washer and tumble dryer beeps but can turn that off.
That's it though. My freezer in garage does tho if open for 20 seconds ish

The microwave gets very annoyed if you leave your mug of tea in it for more than two seconds after it dings.

My aunt has a parrot that has learned the various kitchen beeps.

It's not as much fun as it sounds, and it doesn't sound fun at all.

I've silenced the big boys (the bloody dishwasher used to beep 5 times, wait for about 4.5 minutes, then do it again 7 times when it finished - and given I'd put it on after dinner, that was often when I was already in bed and dropping off to sleep. I could have happily murdered the thing until I googled to find out how to turn that off

My washing machine seems to have some kind of bad connection, because it's continuously beeping and mucking about on its display if i leave it on, but it's been doing it for 6 years, and works fine, so I just remember to turn it off..

My favourite is the air fryer TBH, it has a nice, civilised, quiet beep that you don't even hear if you're not in the room. It's my politest appliance, just a little throat clearing to say it's done, rather than screaming for mummy.
