Does anyone have an email for Amazon?

I've had multiple parcels stolen in one swoop after the Amazon driver dumped them all outside my gate beside a major road rather than in my secure safe place. Amazon have accepted that the problem is theirs but have only refunded one of the parcels, leaving me still substantially out of pocket.

I achieved the first refund by using their operator call back service but, although the customer service rep said they understood that the issue involved more than one package and would refund me for all items, they clearly didn't!

It would be much easier if I could simply email them, but I cannot find an email address for Amazon anywhere on their site or elsewhere online.

Does anyone please have an email address for Amazon?

Just go into your account, orders, click on each specific item and say not received? They're usually very good for things like that.

Go on their live chat for each item not received.

Unfortunately, once Amazon has marked the package as delivered, there doesn't seem to be an option to say it hasn't been received.

The only live chat I can get hold of is a bot which doesn't have an option for 'delivered to the wrong place but stolen'!

Amazon chat is brilliant. You can go onto the bit to request a refund and fill in the info about it not being received. I had a parcel marked delivered that wasn't recently I was transferred to a person to deal with it.m

I find Amazon online chat really helpful. If you go to account, customer services, click on the relevant package and choose the right option. I would choose says delivered but not here
