I've had multiple parcels stolen in one swoop after the Amazon driver dumped them all outside my gate beside a major road rather than in my secure safe place. Amazon have accepted that the problem is theirs but have only refunded one of the parcels, leaving me still substantially out of pocket.
I achieved the first refund by using their operator call back service but, although the customer service rep said they understood that the issue involved more than one package and would refund me for all items, they clearly didn't!
It would be much easier if I could simply email them, but I cannot find an email address for Amazon anywhere on their site or elsewhere online.
Does anyone please have an email address for Amazon?
