Hi, just looking for a quick answer as getting nowhere with the Vinted AI chat and wondering once again if the hassle is worth it for £3 !!
Anyway, sold a pair of trousers, buyer chose Evri , fine. Package up and take to our (only) local Evri drop off. I selected digital code on the app but when I entered shop, found out in store that their scanner/printer wasn't working and won't be fixed for 2 weeks. I go back to app to create a printable label and it won't let me. Do I have to cancel order? seems ridiculous. Thanks for any seasoned Vinted seller info
