Headaches for a week, a few days of feeling achey and exhausted, add in congestion and generally feeling cold/flu-y for a week and a half.
I'm prone to sinus infections when I have colds and can feel a little pressure there now, plus I have a cough that's making me gag. I generally feel a bit better, but still not 100%.
I've tried:
- lots of rest
- lemsip/sudafed (stopped this now, though)
- ginger shots/ginger and lemon tea
- plenty of water
I'm travelling for work from Wednesday first thing until Saturday so I'd really like to feel a bit more fresh by then. It's not something I can get out of due to a cold.
Any suggestions? Ideally things I can bring with me.
