This feels like it happens regularly. I attend sessions across the week alongside many other parents. We park our cars in car parks so children can attend sporting fixtures. When I get out the car I put my hand inbetween the edge of my car’s rear door and the car next door and my kids get out. When other children exit their parent’s car they hoof the door open into the side of my door and bugger off. I’m often in the car looking like this 🤬
Ten minutes ago some bloke in a sports car and incredibly loud exhaust pulls up next to my car. I’m in it. His child does exactly as described upthread and I hear him say loudly ‘that car is parked INCREDIBLY badly don’t worry about it, I’ll see you inside’. He then went and parked his car elsewhere and went inside. I wearily got out the car and inspected the side of my car and I can’t see any damage and my car is parked exactly inbetween the lines, so not badly at all.
I probably should have said something but I can’t be bothered to have an altercation. I’m hoping it took the paint of the door edge of his expensive motor.
