Bloody poo. Help

Had beetroot 2 days ago. Poo today is red. Water in toilet was red anyway.

I'm panicking...

Intestinal transit time, or digestion rate varies with everyone. Usual time is 12-24 hours, anything longer could mean you have constipation or other digestive issues going on.

Bloody poo is an excellent expletive.

Yes . Hoping it's the beetroot from a few days ago....not convinced though😔

If you're worried get tested.

It’s likely to be the beetroot but always best to get checked if you are worried.
