Dog safe heated throw

Does anyone know if such a thing exists? I have a mini dachshund who loves to sit on my lap when I wfh. The house is cold and I can’t justify putting the heating on just for me.
Can anyone recommend a heated throw which is definitely safe to use with my little sausage?

I have the Lakeland one which I use for my cats.. I'm trying to think why it wouldn't be safe for a small dog.. and can't! It's amazing. Hopefully someone with dogs can advise.

I can't see a reason why any of them would be dangerous for dogs - our beagle and cats love ours and push each other out of the way to get the best position
