Good facial exfoliators?

I have very greasy skin. But it just looks dull .
I've not got a huge budget . But need recommendations.

An AHA acid toner might be a good call? The ordinary and the inkey list have good ones. It’s a way of exfoliating without a scrubby cream of before

I should have said. Im pretty dim when it come to face care products. I've only ever purchased a nivea type wash and that's it.
I also need to moisturise, just in general take a bit more care of myself and this feels a good start
