Just wondering if you need to tape up the parcel & put the return label on if you’re returning an item that was ordered online to a store? I looked through the info but it doesn’t seem to say.

I usually do but I don't know if you need to. This morning I picked up a parcel then returned half the contents immediately (accidentally doubled up on some things) so the bag was obviously open, they didn't mind!

I return mine in the packaging it came in but I don't tape it up or fold perfectly!

No, mine was inspected at the customer service desk and the refund was processed instantly

This. I never tap it up they take each item out anyway

Nope. They need to scan the barcodes on the items in store to process the refund anyway.

I taped my parcel up and the person on the customer service desk told me not to do it as they had to open it and look at the invoice
