I hate feeling nauseous (nauseated?). It will pass but meantime can you help distract me?

P.s. no, not pregnant!

No idea. Sometimes it is food, sometimes it just happens. I get it occasionally but this occasion is quite bad!

I guess if you have had it often you have tried all the usual remedies like ginger , charcoal, ice water.
Do you keep a food & drink diary?

@TyneTeas that was funny! Thank you for sharing.

@ScottBakula have found a few remedies that work for me but every so often I just have to wait it out

Try to keep lemon and mint essential oils in to smell. The fresh smell can help and fine it's linked to migraine or similar. Thinking about lemons and water helps me too.

I have been nauseated this week and I got Stemitil tablets. However, I have Coeliac so I might have eaten something by mistake. I rang my GP and got them delivered this afternoon. Could you get them on standby for when you have these episodes? - I sympathise nausea is so horrible.

Refreshers always worked for me but you can't get them anymore 🙁.

I don't normally like ventriloquist ( thank god for auto fill I've never been able to spell that ! ) but this guy is very good !

Do you have any hand sanitiser or alcohol wipes to hand? I learnt a while back that sniffing isopropyl alcohol can quickly reduce nausea. Obviously not good to do very regularly, but has worked for me before!
Hope you feel better soon. I'm horribly emetophobic and also get bad IBS which often causes nausea, so I feel your pain xx

@TyneTeas you should post that sketch on all the threads that are complaining about going back into the office 😃
