What's on top of your tree?

Think it is time for a new tree topper.

So, what should I go for?

Star?
Angel?
Bow?
Something else?

I'd love to hear what is on top of your tree to help me make this life-changing decision!

I've got a gold beaded star from john lewis that cost £5

I like a star. I also have a robin that lost its eye and gold string that's sits on top of the wooden star now. It's a bit more pagan 🙂

We have a happy gingerbread man! We replaced our tired and shabby star which we used for 11 years.

We have a cow angel, made by DSis many many years ago

I have a robin for mine. My parents have Jack Frost.

I went to a Craft and Flea fair on Saturday. There was a stall with decorations depicting icons. The tree toppers were a Twiggy Angel, an Aladdin Sane era Bowie, Elvis and couple of others I can’t remember. I bought a Christmas decoration - she had lots of different people including Mick Jagger, Cher, Eartha Kit and Liza Minnelli

Pg tips monkey in a Christmas jumper on one and a Norwegian style folksy angel on the other. Or at least, there will be in about 12 days time.

Star I have this and I love it!! Never had anything but a star but I love this one so much. I've had to string it and pin it to the ceiling to hang over the tree as I couldn't get it to stay rigid in place on the tree! 🤣

My tree is not up yet, but when it is our angel is Jimi Hendrix.

The cow angel is fantastic! I'm loving the variety!

I knitted him for my H. We say he has 50 weeks out of his tree when he lives on the shelf next to the TARDIS, and 2 weeks in his tree when he's on Angel duty.

We usually have a star, but this year we had to have our beautiful white cat pts, and when I spotted this I had to buy it in her honour.

The tree’s not up yet but I hope the little ginger boy menace we adopted respects her memory and leaves it alone!

We've just had a basic star more recently but we used to let DC pick what went on top when they were young. One year we had a rubber ducky with devil horns.

An angel bought from WH Smith in 1994. Our first Christmas in our house. I don't put my tree up until around 20th December though, so she is still in the loft.
