Sleep tips?

Middle of the night. This is happening 3-4 times a week. Going through stressful separatiom. Working full time and mum so reaaallly can't afford to be this tired. I can't change my immediately situation so...

Any tips? Tried milk, reading, tv, but could fo with a suggestion. Failing that, any funny jokes? Could use a laugh.

Also it can help to redirect your brain from stressful thoughts to mundane ones by giving yourself a puzzle.
For example think of the name of the road you live in and try and think of a different species of bird for each letter.
Obviously this works with any word and category....I rarely get to the end before I'm asleep!

I wake up middle of night most nights, but fall asleep early

The only thing that works for me is not to fight it

Just relax if you can't actually sleep, eyes closed think of something nice, ideal brach, kitchen, garden etc
