Interesting ideas for experience presents

I wondered if anyone has any interesting ideas for experience presents. My husband and I usually give each other these for Christmas but I'm struggling to find anything different.

We like animals but have already walked alpacas, 'met' meerkats, lemurs, big cats, done a falconry day and he's been a zookeeper at London Zoo.

We've also flown gliders, helicopters and small planes and driven tanks and fast cars.

We've been to the Shard and Battersea Power station and been on the roof of the O2 and Tottenham Stadium.

We're not interested in spa type days and not really bothered by cookery experiences although we have done some.

If anyone has some brilliant ideas then I'd be very grateful. We live just outside London but are willing to travel further afield.

What about something like the crystal maze experience or a cookery lesson?

I quite fancy glass blowing or pottery throwing.

Or what about a murder mystery weekend? They are normally in nice stately homes & are a fun way to spend a weekend.

Something else I fancy is getting a metal detector on a beach & seeing what treasures I can find. But not sure you can buy this as an ‘experience.’

Are you near any rivers or the coast? Some sort of boat excursion? I went on a lovely boat trip to some nearby islands recently that had afternoon tea included.

I keep seeing an ad for one where they send you lots of 'case files' to a murder, that you then have to solve. Looks quite fun, if you're into crime dramas and things?

Art classes? I’m sure there are some near you.
Colour/ style consultation for both of you?
Look up museums in your area and NT properties, they often do some sort of activity/workshops related to the current exhibition or the history of the place.

Thank you for lots of ideas. I'm particularly liking the Sleep with Sharks which I've never heard about before. Any more thoughts gratefully received.

Overnight stay at Port Lympne in Kent, or zip wiring/forest coaster/bounce below. Those are Wales, so a bit if a trek.
