Definitely. Very smart.

IntheArctic · 26/11/2024 20:45

Yes. Have sat on many interviews panels and that looks great. Good luck!

Oh that is lovely!
And definitely smart enough.

DrZaraCarmichael · 27/11/2024 07:54

That's a lovely dress. Good luck!!

MayaPinion · 27/11/2024 07:54

Yes, that’s perfect (and lovely).

Startingagainandagain · 27/11/2024 09:04

Lovely!

thinkingmenomore · 27/11/2024 09:10

Really like it

Westofeasttoday · 27/11/2024 09:14

Lovely dress. I would add a jacket and lose the boots which are too casual. This should be the smartest you are in that role. Good luck.

PlumpAndDeliciousFatcat · 27/11/2024 12:28

Definitely. It's the boots in the photo which are making it look a little more casual. With an appropriate shoe that will be very smart.

wafflesmochi · 27/11/2024 14:53

Would be fine everywhere I've ever worked with no jacket (charities, arts, public sector, publishing) but would add blazer for corporates.

MillyVannily · 27/11/2024 15:34

Yes! It's lovely. Good luck at the interview!

BunnyLake · 27/11/2024 16:47

Yes. It’s lovely. Would look great with boots. You can’t really go wrong with Hobbs.

Good luck!

thatsawhopperthatlemon · 27/11/2024 16:52

I like the colour.

TheTwirlyPoos · 28/11/2024 14:09

Oh it's perfect. Smart and stylish. Good luck!

Mumwithbaggage · 29/11/2024 00:35

Of course! Good luck!

DilemmaDelilah · 29/11/2024 08:02

Yes, definitely.

I sat on an interview panel for an NHS admin post. One girl turned up in a cropped white shirt and a black denim mini skirt with a (deliberately) frayed hem. I did judge. You should always wear, as a minimum, something at least as smart as you would be expected to wear in the role, preferably smarter.

She didn't get the job, but thankfully because she wasn't qualified, not because of the way she dressed.

Noredtape · 29/11/2024 09:22

Yes but with a jacket and shoes. Make sure your hair, makeup and nails are immaculate.
