What is this scam?

Just received an A4 envelope through the post. Sent as a 1kg medium parcel, 2nd class for just under £5 with just this small piece of paper inside. The return address exists, but not the company, and there is a typo on the note.

What's the point?

Have you ordered anything from Amazon you're waiting for? It may be a 3rd party seller unable to meet their agreed delivery time and they don't want Amazon to find out.

Any links/phone numbers?

Otherwise presumably something else will turn up you haven't ordered, with a phone number/contact details for 'Amazon' and when you call to give your card details for a refund, they try and take a payment instead.

Well they can't spell 'courtesy' can they? Spelling mistakes are always something they say you need to look out for.
