How to get through today - no sleep, help!

Ive slept really poorly the last couple of nights, worse last night feel like I’ve had no sleep at all. Don’t know if I’m coming down with something or what, felt myself feeling really anxious the more I didn’t sleep because of work today - please help me get through the day, any tips?!

I used to do this regularly when I worked night shifts and had no one to look after my child for me in the day.

Shower, coffee and crack on through.

One thing to consider is that I was unsafe to drive anywhere. Therefore I did not.
Consider your capabilities to be safe on the road if you are so tired, if you need to get anywhere, think of an alternative mode of travel or don’t go out.

Fresh air and movement. Open a window, get outside. Run up and down the stairs a couple of times when you are dropping off to wake you up again

I don’t know if I’m coming down with something because I feel a bit sick and dodgy stomach but it could be because I’ve been tossing and turning all night and I just feel knackered
