Does anywhere sell decent Tottenham cake?

The thread about the teenager putting on weight at school got me thinking about my own school dinners and the utterly incredible Tottenham cake my school used to serve, beautiful light sponge with thick set icing and sprinkles.

Despite my repeated attempts at baking it I have never been able to replicate it (although that could be my baking skills, or lack of) and I don't think I've seen it in the shops either, so does anywhere actually sell it?

My school canteen still bakes it!

You can get it in Greggs London shops! Although it often sells out v quickly

Just before I left mine went all boring healthy and stopped selling it. I feel genuine sorrow for a whole generation of kids who have no idea what they are missing out on 😂.

Raab's in Essex Road near Angel in London used to sell it. I haven't checked recently but it's strong on tradition (and a great bakery) and having just had a look on social media, its Tottenham Cake gets rave reviews.

No sprinkles on the Greggs version but it does sell v quickly!
