How do you become a top level chef?

DS is interested in doing this. He’s currently doing A levels but thinking about training after that rather than uni.

Does anyone know where would be a good place to study if he wants to end up working for a Michelin sort of place? Are some colleges better than others?

The best chefs are classically trained. Have a look for courses that offer that type of training.
