Spoke to this guy last summer. He seemed okay. But just never took enough initiative after 6 weeks of talking to ask me on a date. Kept saying it was work issues but I got bored of his poor replies and just didn’t care about a date anymore.
anyway, I politely said I’m summer. Let’s leave it. We’re going in circles and I’m no longer interested. (He sent me a video him him smiling with the caption “still I’ll and smiling and it gave me the ick so that’s partly why I really didn’t want to meet) Anyway. He never replied and I went about my life and carried on.
Randomly got a “hey how are you” two nights ago and didn’t reply. Then got a WhatsApp saying the same later on. I said “I’m fine but I don’t want to go in circles again. I said I’m not interested before my mind hadn’t changed” he then sent me a voice note saying “work circumstances have changed I can come and see you whenever now and things are easier for me. If we want to make it work we can. I think you’re lovely it would be great for us to get to know each other over dinner. Let’s go for dinner and match up some dates in the diary. We can do dinner maybe the ivy it’ll be nice”
i told him to stop being pushy it was annoying. But omg what’s wrong with some men. Sorry I just needed a space to rant. I think he’s deranged.
