Nose bleeding on and off after fail

Ds 5 had a fail at school and his nose started to bleed but stopped soon after.
He has no bruises or swelling etc but it keeps bleeding on and off since it happened a couple of days ago.

He seems fine and acting normally but surely it should've stopped by now?

What happened when he fell? Did he bang his head or his nose? Did he lose consciousness? Did he receive medical attention? How has he been since then? Has he been confused? Is he eating, drinking, and sleeping? I think you should consider going to the GP or a drop-in clinic.

he banged his face and had a little cry after but nothing else. He is eating and acting is he normally would

I'm glad he's not unwell with it. I'm not a medical professional in the slightest, so I wouldn't want to advise. I think a nurse or doctor needs to examine him to see what's causing it. Wishing him a speedy a recovery.
