I think we should be as quick to praise as moan!
I have just had a excellent experience with google customer services after having an issue with my Fitbit. It was disconnecting from the strap and falling off. The warranty was 2 years I'd had it 18 months.
They were great.
Freephone number- quick answer, asked questions and asked for a photo. Sent label to send it back with case number. One week later I have a new Fitbit.

They could not have been better or more helpful.

Who has been great for you by their customer service- Name and do not shame -praise

The people who work in the refurbished M&S cafe in Warrington (Gemini). They are all so pleasant and polite.

The Volvo garage at York are exceptional, from the sales through to parts and service. We live about 3 hours away, but we went there specially to buy a car and make a special journey to take it back every year for service. The staff are just so friendly and efficient.

We do that long journey because our nearest/local Volvo garage is appalling. We really wanted to buy local and have it serviced locally, but on three different occasions, they badly let us down. Just a real "can't be arsed" attitude by their staff in all departments. You really couldn't believe they were the same brand and under the same franchise guidelines.

So many times, it's the staff who cause the customer service problems due to inability, attitude, etc. I have no doubt that sometimes customers can be absolute arseholes, but I'm sure the majority of "challenges" are down to the organisation itself and their staff, rather than the customer.
